Right of return and return instructions

If you are a consumer, i.e. a natural person who makes a purchase for a purpose that cannot be attributed to your business or self-employed activity, you have the right to return described below. This does not apply to goods that have been made specifically for you according to individual customer specifications.

Return instructions

There are 2 ways to do this:

1) through the portal - online

https://rotho-shop.returnsportal.online/ (only in English and German) - enter the order number and the email used for the order

You can return or exchange the goods. A label (free of charge) will be generated for sending the package via Polish Post

You do not need to do anything else.



2) You can return the received goods without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving them, by sending them to Rotho Sp. Z o. o. - ul. Władysława Grabskiego 2, 75-209 Koszalin, using the return form available at www.pl.rotho-shop.com/zwrot

Effects of return

In the case of a successful return, the services received by both parties are returned. The return of products is effective only if the items are sent back to Rotho Sp. Z o. o. in an undamaged condition, which does not indicate that the products were used other than merely to check their properties and functionality. Goods showing signs of other use beyond the two purposes mentioned above are not subject to return. "Checking properties and functionality" means testing and trying out individual goods, which is possible and customary, e.g. in a retail store. Rotho Sp. Z o. o. considers the return and, in the case of a positive decision, refunds the costs within 30 days from receiving the goods from the customer.
