Right to return and return instructions

If you are a consumer, i.e. a natural person making a purchase for a purpose that cannot be attributed to your business or self-employment, you have the right to return described below. This does not apply to goods that have been made specifically for you according to individual customer specifications.

2) You can return the received goods without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving them, by sending them to Rotho Sp. Z o. o. - ul. Władysława Grabskiego 2, 75-209 Koszalin, using the return form available on the website www.pl.rotho-shop.com/return

The complaint will be processed within 14 days.

Effects of return

In the case of a successful return, the services received by both parties are returned. The return of products is effective only if the items are sent back to Rotho Sp. Z o. o. in an unaltered condition, which does not indicate that the products were used other than merely to check their properties and functionality. Goods showing signs of other use to a degree exceeding the two purposes mentioned above are not subject to return. "Checking properties and functionality" means testing and trying out individual goods, which is possible and customary, e.g., in a retail store. Rotho Sp. Z o. o. processes the return and, in the case of a positive decision, refunds the costs within 30 days from receiving the goods from the customer.
